1. Introduction:

Welcome to Mapplate! These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our multi-vendor platform and services. By accessing and using our app and services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.

• Depending on which Platform you access and use, these Terms form the contract between you and the following Mapplate entities:
• b) What we do:
  Through our Platforms, Mapplate links you to the vendors (“Vendors”) for you to order a variety of goods including prepared food, medicine, grocery, ecommerce product, non-ecommerce product, services, non-services (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Goods") to be delivered to you. When you place an order for Goods from our Vendors (“Order”), Mapplate acts as an agent on behalf of that Vendor to facilitate, process and conclude the order and subsequently for either us or the Vendor to deliver your Order to you. Vendors may be owned and operated by third party vendors, our affiliate companies, or us.

2. Account Registration & Deletion:
   To use our services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for any activities that occur under your account.
   If you wish to delete your Mapplate account, you can do so by through the app or website. Upon account deletion, all your personal information and data associated with your account will be permanently removed from our system. Any pending orders, refunds, or promotions associated with your account will be forfeited upon account deletion. Mapplate reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of violations of our Terms & Conditions or abusive behavior on the platform.
3. Service Availability
   Mapplate offers a range of services through third-party vendors. We strive to provide reliable and efficient service, but we do not guarantee the availability or quality of products and services offered by vendors.

4. User Conduct:
   You agree not to use our platform for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities. You shall not interfere with the proper functioning of our services or violate the rights of other users.
5. Intellectual Property:
   All content and materials on our platform are owned or licensed by Mapplate and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission
6. Return & Refund Policy:
   1. Food, Grocery & Medicine Delivery: If you are unsatisfied with your food or grocery or Medicine delivery, please contact us within 3 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and may offer a refund or replacement.
   2. E-commerce Product Delivery: If the product delivered is damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a return and refund or replacement. subject to the vendor's refund policy.
   3. Home Repair and Maintenance Services: Refunds for home repair and maintenance services will be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to the vendor's refund policy.
   4. Taxi Ride Sharing: If you encounter any issues with your taxi ride, please contact us immediately. Refunds for taxi rides will be considered based on the circumstances of the issue.

7. Refund Eligibility
   1. Refund Process
      To request a refund, customers must contact Mapplate's customer support team through the app or website. The refund request will be reviewed and processed based on the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
   2. Refund Method:
      All refunds will be transferred into the customer's Mapplate wallet. The refunded amount can be used for future purchases on the platform.
   3. Wallet Refund Policy:
      Customers can request refunds for unused wallet balance within 30 days of adding funds. After 30 days, refund requests for wallet balance will not be accepted.
   4. Refund Review Time:
      Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 3-5 business days from the date of the request. The refund will be credited to the customer's wallet once it is approved.
   5. Cancellation and Coupon:
      In case of order cancellation or refund, the coupon code value will not be refunded. The refunded amount will be adjusted based on the applied coupon code.
   6. Partial Refund:
      Each and Every Single refund will be credited to the customer's wallet once it is approved.

8. Coupon Code Eligibility
   1. Coupon Code Validity:
      Coupon codes are valid for a specified period, as mentioned in the coupon offer. Expired coupon codes will not be accepted.
   2. Coupon Code Redemption:
      To redeem a coupon code, you must enter the code at the time of checkout. The discount or offer associated with the coupon code will be applied to the eligible order value.
   3. Coupon Code Limitations:
      Coupon codes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other form of credit. Only one coupon code can be used per order, and coupon codes cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
   4. Minimum Order Value:
      Certain coupon codes may have a minimum order value requirement. To use the coupon code, your order must meet or exceed the specified minimum order value.
9. 5. Specific Use Only:
      Coupon codes are valid for specific services or products as mentioned in the coupon offer. They may not be applicable to all services or products on the platform.
   6. Coupon Code Abuse
      Mapplate reserves the right to investigate and suspend accounts that are suspected of abusing coupon codes, including but not limited to using multiple accounts to apply the same coupon code multiple times.
10. 7. Cancellation and Refund
       In case of order cancellation or refund, the coupon code value will not be refunded. The refunded amount will be adjusted based on the applied coupon code.
11. 8. Modification or Termination
       Mapplate reserves the right to modify, terminate, or revoke any coupon code at any time without prior notice. Mapplate may also change the terms associated with coupon codes at its sole discretion.
12. Limitation of Liability
    Mapplate shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our platform or services.

10. Modification of Terms
    Mapplate reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.

11. Governing Law
    These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Country/State, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Country/State.

ম্যাপপ্লেটে আপনাকে স্বাগতম! এই শর্তাবলী আমাদের মাল্টি-ভেন্ডর প্ল্যাটফর্ম এবং পরিষেবাগুলির ব্যবহার নিয়ন্ত্রণ করে। আমাদের অ্যাপ এবং পরিষেবাগুলি এক্সেস এবং ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে, আপনি এই শর্তাবলীর মেয়াদ প্রকাশের সাথে মিলিত হওয়ায় এই শর্তাবলীর সাথে মেলা দিতে সম্মত হন। যদি আপনি এই শর্তাবলীর কোনও অংশের সাথে সম্মত না হন, তবে আমাদের প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহার করবেন না।

যা প্ল্যাটফর্ম আপনি এক্সেস এবং ব্যবহার করছেন সেটা অনুযায়ী, এই শর্তাবলী আপনি ও নিম্নলিখিত ম্যাপপ্লেট এন্টিটির মধ্যে চুক্তি হিসাবে গণ্য হয়:

খ) আমরা কি করি:

আমাদের প্ল্যাটফর্মগুলির মাধ্যমে ম্যাপপ্লেট আপনাকে বিক্রেতাদের ("বিক্রেতারা") সাথে সংযোগ করে দেয় যাতে আপনি প্রস্তুত খাবার, ঔষধ, গ্রোসারি, ইকমার্স পণ্য, অইকমার্স পণ্য, পরিষেবা, অপরিষেবা (এখানেও সমষ্টিভাষে "সামগ্রী") সহ অনেক ধরণের পণ্য অর্ডার করতে পারেন। আপনি আমাদের বিক্রেতাদের থেকে সামগ্রীর অর্ডার করলে ("অর্ডার"), ম্যাপপ্লেট ভিত্তিক উপকরণ হিসাবে সেই বিক্রেতার প্রতিনিধি হিসাবে কাজ করে অর্ডার প্রক্রিয়া এবং সম্পন্ন করতে এবং পরবর্তীতে আমাদের বা বিক্রেতার দ্বারা আপনার অর্ডারটি আপনাকে বিতরণ করতে। বিক্রেতারা তৃতীয় পক্ষ বিক্রেতারা, আমাদের সহযোগী কোম্পানি, অথবা আমরা হতে পারে।

অ্যাকাউন্ট নিবন্ধন এবং মুছে ফেলা:

আমাদের পরিষেবা ব্যবহার করতে, আপনাকে একটি অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি করতে হবে। আপনি আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের বিস্তারিত গোপন রাখতে দায়িত্বশীল এবং আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের তথ্য সম্পর্কিত কোনও কাজ ঘটতে পারে।

আপনি যদি আপনার ম্যাপপ্লেট অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলতে ইচ্ছুক হন, তবে আপনি এটি অ্যাপ বা ওয়েবসাইট মাধ্যমে করতে পারেন। অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলা হওয়ার পরে, আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের সাথে সম্পর্কিত সমস্ত ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য এবং ডেটা সার্থক ভাবে আমাদের সিস্টেম থেকে স্থায়ীভাবে মুছে যাবে। অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলার পরে আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টে সংক্ষেপ অর্থ অপেক্ষার অর্ডার, রিফান্ড, বা প্রচারের যেকোন সম্পর্কিত ব্যবস্থা অপেক্ষার হয়ে যাবে। ম্যাপপ্লেট প্ল্যাটফর্মে শর্তাবলীর ভঙ্গ বা কঠিন আচরণের ক্ষেত্রে একাধিকারি বা অধিকারশূন্য আক্রমণের ক্ষেত্রে একাধিকারি অথবা অধিকারশূন্য অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিত বা সামাপ্ত করার অধিকার রাখে।

পরিষেবা উপলব্ধতা:

ম্যাপপ্লেট তৃতীয়-পক্ষ বিক্রেতাদের মাধ্যমে একাধিক পরিষেবা প্রদান করে। আমরা নির্ভরযোগ্য এবং দক্ষ পরিষেবা সরবরাহ করার চেষ্টা করি, কিন্তু আমরা বিক্রেতাদের প্রদান করা পণ্য এবং পরিষেবার উপলব্ধতা বা মানকে গ্যারান্টি করতে বলতে পারি না।

ব্যবহারকারী আচরণ:

আপনি ম্যাপপ্লেট প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহার করার জন্য সৃষ্টি করা নিষিদ্ধ, ক্ষতিকারক বা হিংস্র ক্রিয়াপ্রবণতা গ্রহণ করার সাথে সাথে অন্যান্য ব্যবহারকারীদের অধিকার ভঙ্গ করার জন্যও সম্মত হন।

ইন্টেলেক্টুয়াল প্রপার্টি:

আমাদের প্ল্যাটফর্মের সমস্ত সামগ্রী এবং উপকরণগুলি ম্যাপপ্লেট দ্বারা মালিকানা করা বা লাইসেন্স করা হয় এবং ইন্টেলেক্টুয়াল প্রপার্টি আইনের আওতায় সুরক্ষিত। আপনি আমাদের লিখিত অনুমতি ছাড়া কোনও সামগ্রী ব্যবহার, অনুপ্রয়োগ বা বিতরণ করতে পারবেন না।

রিটার্ন এবং রিফান্ড নীতি:

খাবার, গ্রোসারি এবং ঔষধ প্রদান: যদি আপনি আপনার খাবার বা গ্রোসারি বা ঔষধের বিতরণে অনিসন্ধে হন, তবে দয়া করে বিতরণের ৩ ঘন্টা মধ্যে আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন। আমরা সমস্যাটি পর্যালোচনা করব এবং প্রয়োজনে প্রত্যাপন বা প্রতিস্থাপন করতে পারি।
ই-কমার্স পণ্য প্রদান: যদি প্রদত্ত পণ্য বিক্রেতার দ্বারা বিক্রয়যোগ্য না হয়, তবে বিতরণের ২৪ ঘন্টার মধ্যে দয়া করে আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন। আমরা একটি ফেরত এবং প্রত্যাপন বা প্রতিস্থাপন স্থায়ী করতে স্বয়ংক্রিয় ভাবে ব্যবস্থা করব। বিক্রেতার ফেরত নীতি সাপেক্ষে বিক্রেতা পণ্য ফেরত নেওয়া বা বিনিময় করা হবে।
বাড়ির রিপেয়ার এবং মেইন্টেন্যান্স সেবা: বাড়ির রিপেয়ার এবং মেইন্টেন্যান্স সেবার জন্য রিফান্ড বিক্রেতার নীতি সাপেক্ষে বিবেচিত হবে। এটি বিক্রেতার রিফান্ড নীতির ভিত্তি সাপেক্ষে বিবেচিত হবে।
ট্যাক্সি রাইড শেয়ারিং: যদি আপনি আপনার ট্যাক্সি রাইড সাথে কোন সমস্যার অভিযোগ করুন, তবে দয়া করে তা সাম্প্রতিক যোগাযোগ করুন। ট্যাক্সি রাইডের জন্য রিফান্ড অনুমতির আওতায় বিবেচনা করা হবে।

রিফান্ডের যোগ্যতা
রিফান্ড অনুমতির সময়: রিফান্ডের অনুরোধ জমা দেওয়ার জন্য, গ্রাহকদের ম্যাপপ্লেটের কাস্টমার সাপোর্ট টীমের সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে। রিফান্ড অনুরোধ অনুমিত পদ্ধতিতে পর্যালোচনা এবং প্রক্রিয়াকরণ করা হবে উপরে উল্লিখিত যোগ্যতা মানদণ্ড অনুসারে।
রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া: সমস্ত রিফান্ড কাস্টমারের ম্যাপপ্লেট ওয়ালেটে স্থানান্তরিত হবে। ফেরত প্রক্রিয়া করার সময়, রিফান্ড পরিমাণটি প্রায় অর্ডার প্রযোজ্য কোড করার উপর ভিত্তি করে প্রস্তুত করা হবে।
ওয়ালেট রিফান্ড নীতি: গ্রাহকরা ৩০ দিনের মধ্যে ফেরত প্রায় ওয়ালেট ব্যালেন্সের জন্য রিফান্ডের অনুরোধ করতে পারে। ৩০ দিনের পর, ওয়ালেট ব্যালেন্সের জন্য রিফান্ডের অনুরোধ গ্রহণ করা হবে না।
রিফান্ড পর্যালোচনার সময়: রিফান্ডের অনুরোধ জমা দেওয়ার তারিখ থেকে ৩-৫ ব্যবসায়িক দিনের মধ্যে পর্যালোচনা এবং প্রক্রিয়াকরণ করা হবে। রিফান্ড অনুমোদিত হওয়ার পরে, রিফান্ড গ্রাহকের ওয়ালেটে শ্রেয়।
অনুমানিত সম্পূর্ণ হোস্টিং: ক্যান্সেলেশন এবং কুপন: অর্ডার বাতিল করার অথবা রিফান্ডের ক্ষেত্রে, কুপন কোডের মূল্য রিফান্ড করা হবে না। রিফান্ড প্রায় প্রযোজ্য কুপন কোডের উপর ভিত্তি করে সমন্বিত পরিমাণ সম্পর্কিত করা হবে।
অংশগ্রহণ রিফান্ড: প্রতিটি রিফান্ড গ্রাহকের ওয়ালেটে শ্রেয়।
 

কুপন কোডের যোগ্যতা

কুপন কোড অর্থীয়তা: কুপন কোডগুলির জন্য নির্দিষ্ট মেয়াদ প্রযোজ্য, যেমন কুপন অফারে উল্লিখিত সময়ের মধ্যে বৃদ্ধি পেয়েছে। মেয়াদ শেষ হওয়া কুপন কোড গ্রহণ করা হবে না।
কুপন কোড রিডেমশন: কুপন কোড মুছে ফেলা অথবা অন্য যেকোন ধরণের ক্রেডিটের বিনিময়ে পরিণত করা যায় না। একটি কুপন কোড প্রতি অর্ডারের জন্য ব্যবহার করা যায় এবং একটি কুপন কোড অন্য প্রচার বা ডিসকাউন্ট সঙ্গে সংযুক্ত করা যায় না।
ন্যূনতম অর্ডার মান: কিছু কুপন কোডের জন্য একটি ন্যূনতম অর্ডার মানের প্রয়োজন থাকতে পারে। কুপন কোড ব্যবহার করতে, আপনার অর্ডারের মান নির্দিষ্ট ন্যূনতম অর্ডার মানের সাথে মিলতে হবে।

বিশেষ উপযোগের জন্য মাত্র: কুপন কোডগুলি বিশেষ সেবা বা পণ্যের জন্য মাত্র প্রযোজ্য হয়, যেমন কুপন অফারে উল্লিখিত সেবা বা পণ্য। এগুলি প্ল্যাটফর্মের সমস্ত সেবা বা পণ্যে প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে না।

কুপন কোড দুর্ব্যবহার: ম্যাপপ্লেট কুপন কোড দুর্ব্যবহার করার অভিযোগ যাচাই করার এবং একই কুপন কোড একাধিক সময় ব্যবহার করার জন্য অ্যাকাউন্ট তথ্য দেখতে পারে।

ক্যান্সেলেশন এবং রিফান্ড: অর্ডার বাতিল করার অথবা রিফান্ডের অনুমতির আওতায় মূল্যবান কুপন কোড প্রয়োগ করা হবে না। প্রদত্ত রিফান্ডের পরিমাণটি প্রয়োজন হলে, রিফান্ড প্রস্তুত করার জন্য কুপন কোডের মূল্য বিনিময় করা হবে।

শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন অথবা স্থগিতকরণ: ম্যাপপ্লেট কোড সময়ে পরিবর্তন, স্থগিতকরণ বা বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখে। ম্যাপপ্লেট কোডের সাথে সংযুক্ত শর্তাবলীগুলি স্বচলিতভাবে পরিবর্তন করতে পারে।

দায়িত্বের সীমা:

ম্যাপপ্লেট এই শর্তাবলী যেখানে অসীম, প্রযোজ্য আইনের অধীনে থাকবে না।

শর্তাবলী সংশোধন:

ম্যাপপ্লেট সময়ে শর্তাবলী সংশোধন বা আপডেট করার অধিকার রাখে। এটি আপনার দায়িত্ব শর্তাবলীগুলি নিয়মিতভাবে পর্যালোচনা করা।

প্রযুক্তিগত জরুরি প্রয়োজনে এবং আমাদের রিফান্ড নীতির সাথে সম্পর্কিত যেকোন প্রশ্ন বা সময়সীমা নিয়ে চিন্তা করলে, দয়া করে সাপোর্ট@ম্যাপপ্লেট.কম ঠিকানায় আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন।
